Job summary

HeartCare Imaging seeks a self-reliant Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine on a full-time basis in Bainbridge, GA. The ideal candidate holds ARRT and/or NMTCB certification and maintains professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• ARRT and/or NMTCB certification is required.
• Carry Professional Liability Insurance is required.
• Prefer at least two years of experience as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be current.

Responsibilities

Job description

In need of a self-reliant, experienced full-time NUCLEAR MEDICINE TECHNOLOGIST in Bainbridge, GA. Independently performs all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine using technical knowledge and good judgment to provide safe and effective examinations. Duties include the acquiring and processing of patient studies, setting up reading for physicians, maintaining accurate and complete daily records, as well as close correspondence with the home office.

Required:

• Must be certified by the ARRT and/or NMTCB
• Carry Professional Liability Insurance
• Prefer at least two years of experience as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Certified Basic Life Support or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (maintain current at all times)
