Agape Care Group in Forest City, NC is seeking a registered nurse for our Hospice House on the full-time day shift (7am–7pm). You will evaluate patients, create care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• Experience: 2+ years in clinical care; hospice experience preferred.
• Required: Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with patient, family and care team to ensure quality care.
