Community Hospital is seeking a PRN Patient Care Tech for night shift to support patients across Med-Surg, Rehab, ICU and ER units. You will assist with daily needs and collaborate with medical staff to uphold high standards of care.

Ideal candidates are trained in patient care, with one year hospital experience or CNA/MA/AUA training and BLS certification, ready to work a fast-paced environment and provide compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One year clinical hospital experience or CNA/MA/AUA training or RN courses.
• BLS healthcare training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients on Med-Surg/Rehab/ICU/ER as directed.
• Follow policies to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Set priorities and protect patient interests.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and expected outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in duties and ongoing learning.
