Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia, GA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for a part-time 12-hour night shift. The role requires RN licensure in Georgia, a BSN, BLS, ACLS and PALS, with at least five years of nursing experience and three years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• GA RN licensure required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum five years’ nursing experience.
• Minimum three years’ supervisory experience.
• BSN required.
• ACLS, PALS certifications within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Continuously supervise staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Coordinate quality improvement monitoring and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan staffing patterns to meet patient care requirements and productivity standards.
• Adhere to Infection Control Policies and Procedures.
• Follow Environmental Safety Policies for waste and needles handling.
• Determine Safety Levels on assigned patients.
