Qualifications

• Rising Senior in good standing or HS diploma/GED preferred.
• BLS certification required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient experience by collaborating with the healthcare team and family.
• Provide basic patient care including ADLs, comfort measures and assisting with vital signs.
• Assist RN and other providers with care delivery and direct patient admissions.
• Respond to call lights promptly and communicate patient needs to the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines; ensure safety and infection control.
