Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures under RN direction.
• Support patient experience and safety, including mobility and vital signs.
• Document care and coordinate with nurses and clinicians in EMR.
• Transport supplies, medications, and assist in care delivery as assigned.
