Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, TX seeks a PRN Social Worker MSW 1 to educate and advise patients and families on coping with emotional or physical issues. Qualifications

Education: Masters' in Social Work.
Experience: 1 year.
Licensure: TX LCSW/LMSW/LMSW-AP required.
Board/Examiners: Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed psycho-social assessments to interpret social, environmental, and medical needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans; provide patient and family education.
Provide or supervise care plans including crisis intervention, prevention, education, advocacy, and bereavement.
Coordinate with community resources and staff for smooth transitions and placements.
