Job summary

Valley View in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a PRN Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) / Medical Technician (MLT) to collect specimens, run tests, and operate lab equipment. Both MLS and MLT candidates are considered for this PRN, on-site role.

Requirements include an Associate Degree and ASCP/AMT registration with at least 1 year of experience; MLS requires a Bachelor's degree and MT registration. Competitive salary with PRN differential and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Current Medical Technology Registration by ASCP or AMT.
• Bachelor's Degree for MLS and MT registration.
• One year experience as a Medical Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive or collect specimens for testing and examinations.
• Perform chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic and other lab tests.
• Operate manual and automated lab equipment for analysis.
