Responsibilities

• Follow facility policies governing medication administration.
• Accurately prepare, administer, and document oral/topical medications.
• Verify resident identity before administering medications.
• Report medication errors or adverse reactions to nursing supervisor.
• Maintain medication records, charts, and forms as required.
• Collaborate with nurses, physician, and pharmacy staff to ensure patient safety.
