Job summary

HG Analytics in Dallas is seeking a PRN Medical Assistant with scheduling skills to support our clinics in and around the Dallas area. The role covers outbound and inbound calls, patient scheduling, and data entry while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of clinic experience, strong communication, and familiarity with EMR systems such as ECW or Athena. This is a PRN, on-site position with competitive hourly pay of $19–$21.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.

• Call on campaigns to schedule.
• Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
• Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
• Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
• Update patient records.
• Follow all HIPAA regulations.

We are searching for a PRN team member with Medical Assistant & Medical Scheduling skills to work in our clinics. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills. This is currently a PRN position to help cover in our Dallas area clinics in and around Dallas. We have clinics in other areas of Texas also.

Essential Functions

• Ability to schedule/encourage pts to schedule.

Job Type

PRN - as needed.

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Up to an 8-hour shift.
• Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays.
