Family Medicine Austin is seeking an experienced PRN Medical Assistant to cover AS NEEDED in our Austin clinics; a team member trained in our environment to administer patient screenings as part of preventive wellness exams.

Ideal candidates will enjoy a fast-paced setting with strong computer, communication, and detail skills, as well as the ability to be positive, self-directed, and independent. Training provided for the listed procedures.

Competenze

• Experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Ability to train and adapt to a clinic environment.
• Strong computer and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Enter and maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• Ensure patient rooms are clean, sterilized, safe, and organized with adequate supplies and well-functioning equipment.
• Perform patient screenings, including a wide array of diagnostic testing (training provided!).
• Communicate with diverse patients, to help each understand the screening process in a way that makes patients feel at ease.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the standards of clinical practice.
