Aspire Fertility Austin is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a PRN position. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program; CMA or RMA preferred.
• Two years of experience required; OB/GYN experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required; certification preferred.
• Proficient keyboarding and EMR systems experience.
• HIPAA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with patient care.
• Prepare patients for exams including vitals and phlebotomy.
• Document patient care in the medical records system accurately and promptly.
• Organize, stock and clean rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform general administrative tasks.
