Job summary

Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Certified Medical Assistant for Pain Management services in Naperville, IL. The role involves patient check-in, vitals, medical history, and assisting physicians during exams and minor procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience required.
• Active certification as CMA/MA through AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA preferred.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain on hire.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
• Prior MA/CMA/CNA/EMT experience in a medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vitals, and health history gathering.
• Assist physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes and basic first aid.
• May assist with immunizations or injections.
• Assist with prescription requests, pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, and chart updates.
• Maintain clean, warm examination rooms for patient visits.
• Deliver excellent customer service aligning with CARE values.
• Be prepared to travel to other local clinics as needed.
