Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Naperville area clinics. You will work under supervision to provide patient care, including vital signs, triage, education, and care coordination across services.

The role includes travel to other clinics as needed and a schedule of 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with 10–20 hours per week PRN. Qualified candidates hold IL RN licensure, are graduates of an accredited nursing program, and have current BLS; ACLS is required within 3 months

Qualifications

• IL RN licensure required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS required but could be obtained if hired within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from exam rooms and prepare them for physicians.
• Take vital signs and record medical history; ensure chart and lab results are available.
• Perform telephone triage and patient education; liaise with physicians and coordinate tests or admissions.
• Administer immunizations and minor treatments as prescribed; document in chart.
• Assist physicians during procedures and maintain patient safety and comfort.
