Barber Station Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a compassionate PRN Medication Aide to support residents with dignity and professionalism. You will administer prescribed medications, observe for effects, and document accurately.

This role offers flexible shifts and the chance to make a real difference in daily resident wellbeing. The position requires completion of state-approved medication assistance training, experience with ADL in residential care, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with state regulatory requirements.
• Observe residents during medication administration and document effects, including unexpected or adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate and timely entries in medication administration records.
• Communicate concerns, changes, or observations to appropriate wellness leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and encourage independence.
• Support a positive, respectful, and person-centered environment.
