Touchstone Mammography Wheat Ridge Screening Mammogram is seeking a motivated Mammography Technologist to join our outpatient imaging center in Wheat Ridge, CO on a flexible, as-needed PRN basis.

The Mammography Technologist will perform high‑quality mammography procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, educate patients, and collaborate with radiologists and staff in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (M) required.
• State licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety.
• Provide compassionate care, recognizing the sensitive nature of mammography exams.
• Educate patients on procedures and answer questions to ease anxiety.
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain mammography equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards, including MQSA requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
