Qualifications

• Valid LPN/RN licensure in Indiana.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform medical intakes.
• Respond to sick calls and follow up with the medical provider.
• Perform 14-day physicals and manage chronic care.
• Provide patient education on health concerns.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate emergency actions.
