Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LPN in Arkansas or Compact Licensure State.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross with recertification as required.
• Current ACLS certification upon hire or obtained during orientation and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Medication Therapy Department under RN supervision.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the broader healthcare team to address psychosocial and care needs.
• Support outpatient services and collaborate with the team to ensure quality patient care.
