Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Benton County Clinic in Rogers, Arkansas. The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication with physicians and the clinic team.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians, maintaining policy adherence, and communicating patient conditions and diagnostic results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Arkansas.
• Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Telemetry course completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting.
• Coordinate with PA/NP/RN and physicians and clinic manager on patient conditions.
• Maintain regulatory requirements and clinic policies and procedures.
• Communicate test results and patient status to the team.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient\'s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
