The position offers full-time hours with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Compensation is $28.00–$30.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Florida.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Conduct intake physical health assessments and screenings.
• Document medical histories and maintain accurate health records.
• Provide basic first aid and support emergency medical situations.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health staff.
• Communicate with guardians, case managers, and outside agencies.
• Ensure compliance with state health regulations and treatment protocols.
