Job summary
Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC, through Memphis Youth Academy, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Memphis, TN, supporting at-risk youth in behavioral health and residential care. - Ability to pass background check
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Willingness to work with youth in challenging situations
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects
- Conduct intake health assessments and screenings
- Document medical histories and maintain health records
- Provide basic first aid and support emergency situations
- Collaborate with doctors, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health staff
- Communicate with guardians, case managers, and outside agencies
