Job summary

Riverside Health is currently hiring for a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Lifelong Health Float Pool team. This position will work at least 8 shifts per 4-week schedule, with at least 2 of these shifts being on weekends. This role will work between two Riverside Lifelong Health facilities on the Middle Peninsula.

This role offers flexibility and pay rates starting at $39.00 per hour!

Qualifications

• LPN with 6 months to 1 year of experience in long-term care or senior living (required).
• 1 year LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medications and treatments are administered accurately and per provider orders.
• Respect resident choices within safety and dignity considerations and follow facility policies.
• Assigns duties to CNAs based on training and resident needs to ensure quality care.
• Engages team members for optimal performance and addresses performance as needed.
• Contributes to the development and modification of individual service plans.
• Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation according to nursing standards.
• Demonstrates consistent follow-through for positive outcomes.
