St. Luke Lutheran Community – Portage Lakes Campus in Akron, Ohio is seeking experienced and compassionate PRN LPNs to support our nursing team on the Portage Lakes campus near Turkeyfoot Lake. We offer a smaller, supportive environment with lower-acuity residents and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, resident-focused care approach
• Pre-employment physical and BCI fingerprinting background check

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Assist with development and implementation of care plans
• Provide nursing care including wound care and catheter care
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and care team
