Job summary

Optimized Senior Living Group, Inc. in Fairfield, OH is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position is full-time or PRN, with shifts 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am and every-other weekend to maintain consistent resident care.

The LPN will provide daily nursing care, administer medications, and work closely with the healthcare team to implement care plans. A valid Ohio LPN license is required; prior assisted living experience is preferred.
