Job summary

Logan Health Medical Fitness Center in Kalispell, MT is seeking certified Lifeguards for on-site, PRN/part-time shifts. You will supervise pool areas, enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies, and provide friendly customer service to swimmers.

Certification required within 30 days; Heart Saver AED/CPR is preferred or obtained within 60 days. Flexible scheduling, a team environment, and opportunities to support community health are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Lifeguard and First Aid certification required within 30 days.
• Heart Saver AED/CPR certification preferred or must be obtained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities in the pool, spa, and pool deck areas.
• Enforce aquatic rules and safety standards with professionalism and clarity.
• Maintain vigilant attention to identify and respond to hazards.
• Respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the emergency action plan.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and control.
