Job summary

Logan Health Medical Fitness Center is seeking lifeguards to supervise pool, spa, and deck areas, enforcing safety rules and responding to emergencies. The role emphasizes quick thinking, strong customer service, and maintaining a welcoming pool environment for all guests.

Qualifications include being at least 15 years old with Lifeguard & First Aid Certification within 30 days; AED/CPR is preferred or to be obtained within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Must hold Lifeguard & First Aid Certification within 30 days of start date.
• Heart Saver AED CPR preferred or obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities in the pool, spa, and pool deck areas.
• Enforce aquatic rules and safety standards with professionalism and clarity.
• Maintain vigilant attention to all pool activity to identify and respond to hazards.
• Act quickly and effectively in emergencies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the emergency action plan.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and control.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pool environment.
