Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City has an immediate opening for a Licensed Therapist. We are seeking individuals committed to improving the lives of those with mental health illnesses.

Our Licensed Therapist responsibilities include:

1. Psychosocial assessment of new patients; developing updates or detailed reassessments of the patient
2. Maintaining contact with family and significant others when appropriate, providing education, support, and advocacy
3. Coordinating and liaising with community-based social and mental health agencies
4. Facilitating discharge planning and conducting post-discharge follow-up to ensure linkage with community resources, reducing re-hospitalization
5. Facilitating daily group sessions with patients

Please apply if you meet the following qualifications:

• Education: Completion of a program from an accredited School of Mental Health Counseling, Human Services, or Social Work. Must be license eligible in Arkansas.
• Experience: At least one (1) year of related experience in Residential, Community, or Behavioral Health settings is preferred.
