Hamilton Health Box, Inc. is seeking a PRN On-Site Clinician in San Antonio, TX to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at a Hamilton Health Box location.

You will interact with employees for scheduling, deliver protocol-driven care, and support preventive screening and health education while coordinating with pharmacy and referral networks. This role requires EMT/Paramedic or LPN or CMA credentials, BLS recommended, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic or LPN or CMA credential required.
• BLS certification recommended.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical software.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure employees receive appropriate care and programs.
• Assist with scheduling, screenings, and health education sessions.
• Coordinate referrals to providers and document progress in medical records.
• Conduct follow-ups, manage return-to-work exams, and health coaching as needed.
• Maintain and enter data for programs, including utilization and outcomes.
