This position will be located at the Waynesboro, Staunton, Stuarts Draft, Weyers Cave, and Crozet locations, providing clinical support to physicians as needed and direct care to patients. Duties include teamwork and assisting in the efficient operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities of the LPN/RN:

• Perform and document assigned duties under the supervision of the physician, following the medical model of care as per the State Board of Nursing.
• Implement processes and access operational components of the practice, including the physician’s office, medical records, supplies, and secured drug storage.

Requirements for LPN/RN:

• RN license through the Virginia Board of Nursing
• CPR certification
• LPN license through the State of Virginia
