PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Type: Day and Night shift PRN LPN/RNs
Salary: Up to 36.60/hour for RNs and up to 33.30/hour for LPNs

LPN/RN Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and record treatments, reporting adverse reactions.
• Record medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective actions for adverse symptoms.
• Provide bedside care for diverse medical patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs.
• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Respond to life-saving situations per protocols.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Manage time effectively.
• Accurately record all care information in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

LPN/RN Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.
