RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day or night shifts in a group home setting. The role offers $32/hr+ depending on role and experience, with orientation and daily responsibilities to support health needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Applicants must have an accredited LPN program graduation, an active LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.

No sign-on bonus is being offered. No relocation packaged offered.
Varies, 7am - 7pm OR 7pm - 7am
PRN associates who are extended an offer must be able to complete a required two-week new hire orientation, held Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 20 lbs. and occasionally pull at least 40 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop as part of regular job duties. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls. Required to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from floor level, which requires working on hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision. Must be able to talk and hear. Exception – Deaf and Hard of Hearing Programs: For these programs only, employees must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). The requirement to talk and hear does not apply.
