RHA Health Services is hiring a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (IDD LPN) for days in Rome, GA, onsite at group homes. You will provide holistic nursing care, observe health needs, coordinate medical care, document care, and train unlicensed staff. Must have LPN license, CPR, and ability to meet state regulations; lifting and mobility requirements apply.
Shifts run 7am–7pm with rotating weekends off; compensation is $32/hr. PRN, two shifts minimum per month. Orientation is required for new hires.

Please note: PRN associates who are extended an offer must be able to complete a required two-week new hire orientation, held Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please apply only if you are able to attend and complete this mandatory training.

Max Patient Caseload: 4 total
Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 20 lbs. and occasionally pull at least 40 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop as part of regular job duties. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls. Required to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from floor level, which requires working on hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision. Must be able to talk and hear. Exception – Deaf and Hard of Hearing Programs: For these programs only, employees must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). The requirement to talk and hear does not apply.
