Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to contribute to patient care in collaboration with the RN supervisor. You will collect data, assist with assessments, and help identify health problems and goals. You’ll transcribe orders, administer medications, and participate in multi-disciplinary care planning.

Expect to work as part of a team, maintain confidentiality, and comply with safety and infection control policies while supporting quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program with current licensure in the state of employment.
• Must conform to the security clearance standards of the institution where employed.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays; on-call duty may be required.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the nursing process through ongoing data collection and health assessment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and RN supervisor for care planning.
• Initiate admission processes and identify health issues and behavioral changes.
• Transcribe and post therapeutic orders and administer medications as ordered.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and uphold HIPAA and safety regulations.
