Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a per diem basis for all shifts (days 6a-6p, nights 6p-6a). LPNs provide direct nursing care to residents in a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• LPN license required in Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' health, vital signs, and responses.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound and catheter care and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure all care aligns with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
