Adept Nursing & Rehab of Blue Hill is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, Daily Pay option, 401k, and extensive health/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound care and daily living assistance.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare staff for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management.
• Ensure care aligns with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
