Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program approved by the APTA or equivalent accrediting bodies.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of PT experience.
• CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical therapy assessments, diagnostic tests, and skilled procedures under a Plan of Care.
• Implements teaching tailored to residents' needs and environments.
• Contributes to ongoing quality improvement processes.
• Promotes safety for residents and coworkers.
• Supervises applicable team members and PT assistants as directed.
