PRN - Physical Therapist Assistant

Join the team at our senior living community as an outpatient physical therapist assistant! You will work with a team of experts in rehabilitation of neurological and cognitive conditions serving patients in their homes. This team consists of Physical and Occupational Therapy to provide comprehensive therapy to patients.

Please note that this is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient’s home in a senior living community, NOT home health.
