HCA Healthcare Live Oak Mental Health and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist - PRN to deliver supervised mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy. Qualifications include a Master's degree and licensure (LMSW/LCSW-C/LPC-A/LPC/LMFT/LMHC).

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Licensure in LMSW/LCSW-C/LPC-A/LPC/LMFT/LMHC required.
• CPR/BLS and nonviolent crisis intervention certifications required within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervised mental health services to patients and families.
• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and review treatment plans and attend planning meetings.
• Assess safety and risk factors; respond to changes in patient condition.
• Document assessments, notes, and plans in a timely manner.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team.
