Qualifikationen

• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of start date.
• Master's Degree - REQUIRED.
• LMSW, LCSW-C, LPC-A, LPC, LMFT, LMHC - REQUIRED.

• Assess patients to determine the appropriate level of care.
• Identify cultural considerations and language needs for patients and families.
• Demonstrate advanced assessments and timely documentation as per scope.
• Assess safety status and respond to real/potential safety issues.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team.
