Medical City McKinney, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional to deliver supervised mental health services. You will conduct assessments, provide psycho-education, lead groups, and develop treatment plans for patients and families.

The role requires a Master's degree and licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT); BLS and NCI certifications within 30 days of start. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based therapies in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree required.
• Licensure as LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT required.
• Basic Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Conducts one-on-one, group, and family psychoeducational and process groups.
• Develops treatment plans and participates in planning meetings and reviews.
• Assesses environment and patient safety; reports changes and risks.
• Identifies risk factors and interventions for suicide, homicide, falls, elopement.
• Completes assessments, group notes, and documentation promptly.
• Collaborates with the team on discharge planning and readiness for discharge.
• Conducts post-discharge follow-up as indicated.
