Qualifications

• Masters Degree required.
• Licensure as LCSW or LMHC/LMFT or LMSW/RCSW-I is required or preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical oversight of the patient access process.
• Perform patient assessments as needed and ensure timeliness.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to deliver required services.
• Model and train team members on managing inquiry calls.
• Report department performance and identify trends needing intervention.
• Participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team.
• Other duties as assigned.
