Medical City Mental Health and Wellness Center Frisco is seeking a Clinical Director of Intake and Assessment Service to oversee patient intake and ensure timely, quality assessments within our acute care setting. The role collaborates across hospital departments and leads a behavioral health team to improve access and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Masters degree with appropriate licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT/LMSW) and is skilled in cross-functional leadership, data reporting, and

Qualifications

• Masters degree required for clinical leadership role.
• Licensure as LCSW, LPC/LMHC, LMFT, LMSW/RCSW-I or equivalent.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments as needed.
• Provide direct clinical oversight of the patient intake process.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to deliver required services.
• Model and train behavioral health staff on inquiry call handling.
• Track and report key indicators related to calls, assessments, and admissions.
• Protect patient rights and confidentiality.
• Participate as active multidisciplinary team member.
• Identify trends requiring intervention and report performance.
