Job summary

The Recovery Village Salem Drug and Alcohol Rehab, part of Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC, seeks licensed clinicians to join a clinical team focused on evidence-based addiction and mental health care. Clinicians will conduct individual, group, and family therapy while coordinating with the treatment team in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field is required.
• Licensed in the state of practice is required (Orgeon) and related credentials listed below.
• Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy following program curriculum.
• Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with Treatment Team to formulate Master Treatment Plan and assist in discharge planning.
• Conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Maintain communication with family, referral sources, and other service providers.
