Job summary

The Recovery Village in Raytown, MO is seeking a PRN Licensed Clinician focused on substance use to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential setting, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support patient progress.

With MO licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/psychologist) and a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field, you will collaborate with medical and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed in Missouri with one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, PLPC, LMSW, PLP, PLMFT.
• Experience with Substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI).
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.

Shifts Available: 8am - 4:30pm. 2-3 Saturdays or Sundays per month. Additional hours are available on Fridays and Mondays.

Pay Ranges: $32-$48 per hour

Job Duties

• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
• Licensed Psychologist
• PLPC (Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor)
• LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
• PLP (Provisional Licensed Psychologist)
• PLMFT (Provisional Licensed Marital and Family Therapist)

• Experience with Substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
• CPR and BFA Certification required.
