Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Fullerton, CA is seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions are available for clinicians willing to take patients for the duration of their stay.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
