Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• State licensure as an LCSW required.
• Strong planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co‑workers a must.

Responsabilités

• Assess, counsel, and direct medically complex patients by developing individualized treatment plans to assist with adjustment to disability, resource linkage, and behavior modification
