Sunrise Vista Health and Wellness in Canton, OH, is hiring an Inpatient Therapist for PRN, flexible shifts. You will guide patients from crisis to stability, provide structured, evidence-based care, and participate in group therapy, family sessions, and discharge planning.

Requirements include a Master’s degree with state licensure and 1+ year inpatient/acute behavioral health experience. The role involves float between units and coordinating aftercare to ensure continuity of care.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a licensed behavioral health field.
• State licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).
• 1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes.
• Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity.
• Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes.
• Float between units/shifts to cover needs; learn new routines quickly.
• Build rapport fast with patients and teams while maintaining consistency of care.
