Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in outpatient settings and oversee patient care. The NP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure precise, compassionate treatment while advancing patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an NP license with board certification, BLS, and experience in ambulatory infusion or related clinics. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Active NP license and RN license if required by the state.
• Board certification required (AANP or ANCC).
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes; monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR; ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
• Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Be flexible to work at multiple facilities within the market.
