Job summary

HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee, FL is seeking PRN Hospitalists to join our inpatient team supporting ICU and general medicine.

Candidates must be ABIM/AOBIM certified with central lines, intubations, and other procedures; ABFM may be considered with extensive hospital medicine experience. Able to work one week per month (seven 12-hour shifts). Open ICU and a collaborative, patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Must be ABIM/AOBIM certified with procedure competencies (central lines, intubations, etc.)
• May consider ABFM certified with extensive hospital medicine experience and procedure competencies (central lines, intubations, etc.)
• Management of ICU patients
• Must be able to work one week per month (seven consecutive shifts, 7a-7p)

Responsibilities

• Manage ICU patients and provide inpatient hospitalist coverage
• Support open ICU operations and collaborative care
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care
