Silverado is seeking a PRN Hospice LVN in Temecula, CA to deliver compassionate palliative care under an RN's supervision. Travel across San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange counties is required as part of providing skilled nursing and symptom management.

Qualifications

• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state
• Minimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experience
• Hospice experience preferred but not required
• CPR certification required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• May be required to work outside regular hours based on patient needs

Schedule: PRN (Per Diem), Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Variable shifts as needed to meet business needs

Anticipated pay range

$34 - $38 USD
